For founders & executives

Your voice, ghostwritten by a senior writer who actually gets it.

LinkedIn, op-eds and founder newsletters that sound like you on your sharpest day — and that pull in the kind of pipeline your company can actually close. Not templates. Not posting prompts. Real ghostwriting.

Founder and executive ghostwriting services

01

LinkedIn ghostwriting

3–5 posts a week, in your voice. Discovery call, drafts ready in your dashboard, your sign-off, scheduled and posted. Two rounds of edits per piece.

02

Executive op-eds

Bylined articles for tier-one trade and business press. Pitched, written, placed. Built around the moments your category needs your perspective.

03

Founder newsletters

Weekly or fortnightly newsletters that build owned audience, qualify inbound and become a sales asset your team can actually quote.

04

Founder voice system

A documented voice — phrases you use, takes you hold, themes you own. Stops your content drifting when you're busy, scales with the agency.

05

Long-form essays & books

Annual letters, manifestos, position papers, book proposals, even full ghostwritten books. The content that becomes a calling card for the next decade.

06

Speaking & podcast prep

Talk scripts, panel prep, podcast briefs and key messages. So when you're on stage or on a mic, you sound like the version of you that posts on LinkedIn.

How we capture your voice

The 90-minute method that makes ghostwriting actually sound like you.

Most agency ghostwriting fails because the writer never actually hears the founder. We start every personal-brand engagement with three structured conversations — recorded — that capture how you talk, what you actually believe, and the receipts behind it.

  1. Story session (30 min): the journey, the milestones, the moments that shaped your view of the category.
  2. Position session (30 min): what you genuinely think — including the takes you've been too polite to post.
  3. Pipeline session (30 min): who you want in your inbox and what content earns it.

From there, we build a written voice profile — phrases you use, formats that fit, themes you own, lines you'd never say. Every post we ghostwrite is checked against it. If you also run a company, your corporate brand voice is built against the same architecture, and the outcomes are visible in our case studies.

A sample week

What a LinkedIn ghostwriting engagement actually looks like.

Mon

Posts queued

3–5 posts ready in your dashboard for the week, with your draft op-ed and newsletter outline alongside.

Tue

Approve & tweak

You spend 15 minutes reviewing, requesting tweaks or swaps. We turn changes around same-day.

Wed

Publish

Approved posts schedule themselves into your calendar. We engage on comments if you want us to.

Thu

Listen

15-minute voice note from you on the week's news, takes, or what's happening internally. Fuel for next week.

Fri

Editorial

We cut, draft and edit next week's posts. Long-form pieces move through senior editor review.

Monthly

Performance read on what's resonating, who's commenting, and what's generating inbound. We adjust the editorial direction accordingly.

I've been on LinkedIn for years. Within four months of working with them I had three inbound conversations with companies I'd been chasing for a decade. The posts sound like me — except I'd never have got round to writing them.

Common questions

Personal brand FAQ.

How much of my time does this actually take?

About 20–30 minutes a week once we're set up — a 15-minute voice note for input and a brief review of drafts. Onboarding takes more (three 30-minute conversations and one written voice profile review), but after that we run on minimal founder time.

Will it actually sound like me?

It has to. We won't ship a draft until you'd be comfortable saying "yes I wrote that." That's why we capture your voice on tape before we write a word, and why every retainer includes two rounds of revisions per piece at no extra cost.

What about engagement and comments — do you handle that too?

You can keep that yourself or hand it to us. Most clients reply to substantive comments themselves and let us handle the lighter "thanks for sharing" volume. Either works.

I run a company. Can you do my brand and my personal content together?

This is precisely what we're built for. Most agencies separate the two. We treat them as one system — same lead editor, same voice architecture, deliberate handoffs between formats. See how it fits together.

Are you ethical about ghostwriting?

Yes. Everything we ghostwrite is built from your actual views, on the record. We never invent positions you don't hold, and we never claim attribution back. The work is yours.

See what your voice could do, ghostwritten right.

30 minutes. We'll listen to where you are, sketch what a voice system and weekly cadence would look like, and only quote if it's a fit.
